The simplest and quickest way for me to provide you and Team Veranda with your prequalification letter is for you to click on the APPLY NOW link below.  This will bring you directly to the start of my online application.  It will only take 10 minutes for you to answer the questions and click submit.  I’ll be notified immediately by email that your application is available to work on!

At the end of your application, you will be asked to provide supporting documents; like your most current pay stub, your 2022 & 2023 W-2’s, etc.  If you can upload those items, that really helps me with your prequal, but if you can’t, that’s ok, I’ll complete your prequal from the information you put in your application, and I can get the docs from you over the next week or so – you may also email them to me.

You are always welcome to have me take your app over the phone as well – takes the same 10 minutes.

I can usually complete your prequal the same day I receive it!
