Rich's career began in the television and music video industry, working in California as a producer for many well-known music videos.  Relocating to CT brought him to ESPN for nearly two decades before producing a new morning show for the NFL Network.  Now a Producer for CBS Sports and a Realtor licensed in both Connecticut and Massachusetts, Rich says he loves to keep busy. "Partnering with Leah and co-founding Team Veranda made so much sense," says Rich. "I build teams that work together effectively and execute flawlessly," Rich references his time building the production teams for award-winning shows. "Communication is key", says Rich.  Not surprising to hear, Rich's clients rave about his communication and responsiveness! Rich is one of only two CT Realtors who are designated as a Keller Williams Sports & Entertainment Real Estate Professional. This elite group focuses on housing for athletes and performers and integrates with Rich's extensive experience in the entertainment industry.

Having lived in most parts of the great state of CT, Rich is a market expert when it comes to real estate from the shoreline to the northern border and beyond.  "Being able to navigate the different towns and having that first-hand knowledge has definitely been helpful for our clients", says Rich.

Leah grew up in Danbury, Connecticut and graduated from  The University of Arizona, studying Business Adminstration and majoring in Marketing. From sales and advertising to national corporate training , Leah's passion for growth, learning, and creative solutions fueled her dedication to watching the businesses, and the people within the businesses, propel to heights beyond expectations. 

In 2017, Leah began working on the leadership team , from Director of Operations and beyond, for the largest Real Estate Team in CT. Watching it grow alongside Leah's leadership, and inspired to create something even better for her clients, Leah launched Team Veranda with her husband, Rich. 

Leah prioritizes ensuring that her clients feel supported and educated throughout the entire transaction.  "Every situation is different.  We meet people where they are and find the best solutions with them," says Leah. From clients to team members, Leah is as dedicated as you'll get.

 Bryon always knew Real Estate was his next path. As a current landlord with an income-producing property, Bryon's love of Real Estate first came in the form of investments. Coupling the attraction of investment properties with the joy of home improvement projects, Bryon decided that Real Estate was going to be a part of his world. 

Currently, Bryon is also working as a Video Editor for ESPN, a company he's been with for 24 years. Videography and photography definitely top Bryon's hobby list, both in and out of work. 

Bryon is passionate about connecting with his community. He has spent years coaching for Bristol Little League, organizing softball games for colleagues, and frequenting local businesses.

Bryon grew up in Stratford, CT and moved to Bristol in 2001, where he currently resides with his wife and two teenage children.

 Sylvia has been helping clients buy and sell real estate for over 15 years. Her caring and compassion shines through from her lifelong career in healthcare as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. She continues to find success in her full-time career as a Realtor.

Sylvia's clients rave about her industry expertise and her unshakeable patience in all she does. Sylvia's passion is helping her older clients transition to a more suitable home as life circumstances change. 

When she's not saving lives at the hospital or finding families their next home, you can find Sylvia on the trails with her rescue pup, Bailey. As a lifelong resident of Connecticut, Sylvia knows the importance of being active in the community and proudly serves as the Chair of The Membership Committee of The Avon/ Canton Chamber of Commerce.

Born and raised in CT, Donna has always loved everything about houses. 

The seed was planted when her children were young, by a Realtor who offered her assessment that she would be a good Realtor. Never having lost the thought of that interaction, Donna knew Real Estate was to eventually be a part of her future.

After raising her two children, Donna first worked for 13 years helping clients define and meet their goals in both the therapy and banking industries in Massachusetts and Connecticut. 

But after spending considerable time, and lots of sweat equity, staging two homes and buying and selling on the same day, Donna decided to officially put her Realtor-esque skills to use! 

Now licensed in both CT and MA, Donna feels privileged to help others during challenging times of transition in their lives.

 After a long, multi-Emmy award winning career at ESPN as a supervising video editor, Doug found himself starting a new life chapter that would allow him to channel his passion for helping others in a more direct and meaningful way. Doug, drawn to the opportunity to guide individuals and families in their quest to find the perfect home, began his journey in the real estate world. "Having a place to call 'HOME' was an important part of my upbringing in Vermont as well as while raising my two boys with my wife in Southington, Connecticut since 2003".
For Doug, joining Team Veranda at Keller Williams isn't just about selling houses; it's about fostering connections, creating meaningful experiences, and helping others embark on their own journey towards finding a place they can proudly call their own. Not only does Doug present his knowledge of the real estate market, he also brings innate empathy, strong work ethic, and intimate understanding of the importance of finding a place to truly belong. Due to his lifelong passion for sports (both as a player and a fan) Doug is also the owner of a video production company called Your Game Highlights, LLC based out of Southington, CT that focuses on creating sports highlight reels for student-athletes looking to play sports at the next level.
